This project is funded by British Council’s Going Global Partnerships (2025)- Thailand TNE Exploratory Grant. The project is led by Dr Cattareeya Suwanasri-Head of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) and Professor Sheng-feng Qin at Northumbria University.
The project Purpose:
To develop 3.5+1 (B.Eng + M.Sc in Product Design) Joint Curriculum between KMUTNB and Northumbria University, strengthening capacity in AI, Digital Twin and Smart System Design Technology. This sustainable TNE model promotes academic collaboration, enables technology transfer, and supports workforce development by equipping students and researchers with advanced digital skills aligned with Thailand 4.0 and the UK’s global education strategy.
